Job Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a someone who has high energy, a passion for sales and is ready to hit the ground running. This role could be suited to an experienced, registered Sales Consultant looking for growth opportunities or could be suited to the right inexperienced customer focused trainee. Key responsibilities:
* Building and managing a database
* Engaging in prospecting activities such as email and direct marketing
* Identifying and connecting with potential buyers
* Managing appraisals
* Procuring property listings for sale
* Coordinating and managing opens/property inspections and preparing vendor reports/updates
* Assisting with the end-to-end management of active listings and sold properties; including vendor and buyer liaison
* You will be supported by the Sales Team Leader, a shared Sales Admin, your Office Supervisor and the Director.
