About the Role
Our Client is a long standing, and award winning agency in the north east suburbs. Staff have worked here for between 3 and 30 years, showing what a great place it is to work. No micro management, but support when needed.
Duties include although not limited to:
* Manage an end to end portfolio of between 80 and 100 properties, close to the office
* Support from a leasing agent for home opens and processing applications, and a VA for admin.
* Conduct routine inspections
* Update lease renewals
* Liaising with tenants and owners
* PCR's outsourced.
* No Trust and No BDM
Criteria
To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have the following:
* At least 1-2 years experience in Real Estate as a Property Manager
* Mature personality and strong work ethic - no micro management here
* Must be articulate and punctual
* Strong communicator, with excellent follow up
