About The Opportunity
The State Sales Coordinator provides high-level secretarial and administrative assistance to the Head of Sales and the broader sales leadership team.
The role ensures smooth office operations by managing correspondence, scheduling, travel, and documentation, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
In this Role
Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Sales.
Manage correspondence, prioritise workflow, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Organise travel, accommodation, and catering for functions as required.
Prepare invoices, manage supplies, and track incoming and outgoing mail.
Record meeting minutes with clear actions and owners and follow up to ensure completion.
Generate reports and collate data for management review and operational planning.
Ensure OHS policy and procedures are adhered to and comply with all state/federal legislation.
Ensure compliance with the Grocery Code of Conduct.
You're Likely a Match If
Experience providing administrative support at a senior level.
Proven track record in office coordination and workflow management.
Experience managing confidential information with discretion.
Exposure to supporting leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
High level of digital literacy and computer proficiency.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
