Lecturer/Senior Lecturer – Chiropractic
Create a dynamic teaching environment to advance chiropractic education at CQUniversity's School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences. You will contribute to curriculum development, student supervision, research, and industry collaboration, ensuring teaching excellence and professional engagement.
Location: CQUniversity Brisbane (Relocation support available)

Roles and remuneration:
* Lecturer (Level B): Total rem. $134,885 to $157,870 per annum (salary $113,980 to $133,403 + 17% superannuation & leave loading)
* Senior Lecturer (Level C): Total rem. $162,470 to $184,987 per annum (salary $137,290 to $156,317 + 17% superannuation & leave loading)
Appointment will be made to one position at each level based on the attributes and experience of the successful candidates. Please indicate your preferred level in your application.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, both face‑to‑face and online.
* Develop and review curriculum for the Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Master of Clinical Chiropractic programs.
* Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research.
* Advance research aligned with school priorities and secure competitive research grants.
* Foster industry, community, and professional body partnerships.
* Contribute to strategic planning, innovation, and professional engagement activities.
Position Requirements – Lecturer
* Full AHPRA registration as a chiropractor.
* Relevant postgraduate qualification (Master's or PhD preferred).
* Minimum five years of clinical practice.
* Ability to teach and deliver curriculum for the Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Master of Clinical Chiropractic.
* Experience with multi‑modal teaching.
* Supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
* Engagement in research aligned with school priorities.
* Foster industry and community partnerships.
* Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one (e.g., Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education).
Position Requirements – Senior Lecturer
* All lecturer requirements.
* Doctoral qualification (PhD/EdD) in a relevant discipline.
* Strong research track record, including publications and postgraduate supervision.
* Leadership in curriculum initiatives and mentoring staff.
* Contribution to strategic planning and innovation in teaching and research.
* Experience securing competitive research grants.
* Demonstrated engagement with professional bodies and industry stakeholders.
