We are seeking a dynamic Programs Coordinator / Head Coach to lead, inspire, and elevate community programs at our facility. This role blends hands-on coaching with strategic leadership, contributing to day-to-day operations, program development, and building a thriving community space for people of all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities
* Community Connection – Be the face of our facility. Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone.
* Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants.
* Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches. From recruitment to training, ensure everyone is equipped and excited to deliver excellence.
* Business Growth – Collaborate on strategies to maximise attendance, introduce new programs, and keep the facility bustling with activity.
