Job Description
We are looking for a true senior HR Business Partner role, embedded in the Supply Chain leadership team and operating as a trusted advisor to senior operational leaders. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the people agenda through a multi‐year transformation, supporting leaders as they evolve capability, culture and performance across a workforce of approximately 110 employees (EA and non‐EA). This role is not transactional. You'll be on the floor with leaders, coaching them through complex decisions, leading ER and IR matters, supporting organisational change and ensuring people outcomes are aligned to business priorities. You will also take a lead role in enterprise agreement strategy and preparation ahead of future negotiations.
Key Accountabilities
* Partnering with Supply Chain leaders to deliver the people strategy aligned to operational goals
* Coaching senior, middle and frontline leaders through change, performance and capability uplift
* Leading complex ER/IR matters in an operational, unionised environment
* Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and succession
* Embedding leadership standards, engagement and cultural initiatives
* Acting as a \"pulse\" of the function, identifying issues early and driving practical solutions
* Contributing to broader HR projects and transformation initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner – Supply Chain should have:
* Substantial experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in FMCG, manufacturing or a heavily operational environment
* Strong ER/IR capability, including experience supporting EA environments
* Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale change or transformation
* Confidence working with senior operational leaders and influencing without authority
* Comfortable working onsite in Wodonga and staying close to operations
* Full working rights

* Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 + super
* Location: Wodonga (on‐site, embedded with the operation)
