The portfolio includes 11 centres valued at over $1.3 billion, comprising sub-regional shopping centres, large format retail, and neighbourhood centres. As a key member of the property finance team, you will support the financial management of this significant national retail portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting and effective lease and tenant accounting using MRI software. Key Responsibilities: Manage property accounting functions including tenant billing, reconciliations, and lease data maintenance across multiple retail centres Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Maintain and update MRI property and lease databases Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements Collaborate closely with property managers, leasing, and finance teams across the portfolio What We’re Looking For: 2 years’ experience in property accounting within retail portfolios Proven experience with MRI software is essential Strong Excel and reporting skills Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Effective communicator and team player This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected national property group and contribute to the growth and success of a premium retail portfolio.
