We are seeking a Clinical Practice Lead to spearhead best-practice, trauma-informed, and person-centred care across our aged care programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading the development and implementation of clinical systems and procedures across aged care programs.
* Providing expert clinical advice and support across the organisation.
* Designing and delivering targeted staff training, clinical mentoring, and reflective practice.
* Partnering with program managers and quality staff to embed continuous improvement and ensure compliance readiness.
* Driving clinical governance activities including contributing to monthly Quality Care reporting and accreditation planning.
* Analysing data from incidents, audits, and quality reports to drive improvements.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration - Registered Nurse (Div 1)
* Extensive clinical practice experience within Aged Care
* A strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Standards, and current reform directions.
* Proven ability to lead staff training, coaching, and performance improvement.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* A passion for person-centred care and trauma-informed practices.
