Schedule: Mon-Tue (CIII IS) and Wed-Thurs (CIV AS) both day classes Due to the growing demands for our courses, we are seeking sessional trainers and workplace assessors. The role requires you to:Key responsibilitiesTrainers and assessors are required to:Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materialsProvide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessmentsPlan, review, and improve training and assessment.Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvementConduct workplace visits whilst the students are on placementQualifications and Experience:A strong passion for the aged care sectorKeen interest in teaching others about Aged Care industryExperience in training or Lecturing is desirable but not essentialConfidence and motivation to deliver first-class face to face and online educationSensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgroundsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional time management and multi-tasking abilitiesA high level of attention to quality and detailCommitment, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a growing teamContinuing professional development requirements of the professional body to which they belongA relevant vocational qualification in Aged Care at the Diploma or degree level.Preferably a Registered NurseCert IV in ASMinimum of 3 years industrial/professional experience.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or higher or equivalent.
