The Role:

* Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to machine delivery, ensuring seamless customer experiences
* Maintain and develop robust relationships with current, new, and past customers, driving repeat business and referrals
* Recruit, train, and mentor new sales talent, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
* Provide regular sales, budget, and strategic updates to senior management, informing business decisions
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and reputation
* Participate in weekly sales meetings and conferences, staying informed and contributing to team success
