Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled data professional to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning and AI to drive business value.
* Develop predictive models, optimisation algorithms and other data-driven solutions for advertising and retail analytics.
* Build semantic search solutions using embeddings, vector similarity and related AI models.
* Design and deploy integrated solutions using foundational-AI.
* Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate business requirements into analytical projects.
* Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities for optimisation.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning or AI.
* Proficiency in Python, SQL and data visualisation tools.
* Experience with machine learning frameworks and key NLP libraries.
* Hands-on experience with embedding models and semantic similarity techniques.
* Strong statistical analysis, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with cloud platforms.
* Knowledge of retail-media or digital advertising ecosystems.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
