Position Overview
We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working with customers, and has a knack for technology. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them troubleshoot issues, configure solutions, and get the most out of their EzeScan products.
In this role you will be required to:
* Become a product specialist in the EzeScan suite of cloud and desktop/server applications (comprehensive training will be provided).
* Provide software installation, configuration, training and documentation services for our clients.
* Provide pre-sales support to our Sales team to facilitate new business acquisition.
* Provide support and training to our network of resellers.
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits as necessary.
* Attend selected trade shows and conferences.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
* 3+ years' experience in an Advanced/Third-line Technical Support role.
* Knowledge of data capture techniques related to finding, extracting and manipulating data on supplier invoices.
* Knowledge of how a cloud based Electronic Document Management System is used when storing business documents and the terminology used when dealing with such systems (e.g. SharePoint).
* Knowledge of how a cloud based Financial System is used for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Invoice Processing and the terminology used when dealing with such systems (e.g TechnologyOne Financials, Civica Financials, Xero).
* Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), with the skills to develop and compile small programs or scripts to help automate business tasks.
* Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting skills.
* Experienced in regex programming
* Experience with delivering and supporting cloud and web service technologies (Azure and /or AWS).
* Experience with using Microsoft Open AI and Azure Document Intelligence.

While most customer interactions are performed via remote access tools, occasional travel to customer sites within the Australia and New Zealand may be required.
2 weeks of comprehensive EzeScan product training will be provided upon commencement of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $100,000 to $120,000 per year (inclusive of superannuation guarantee payment) dependent on your skill level and experience level.
