**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

A design practice of 100 people able to work as an integrated team across specialised Architectural studios and disciplines. The specialised studios include; Education Studio, Justice, Life & Culture, Wellness, Heritage, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design. Located in Sydney and Melbourne, this company serves clients nationally.
The foundation of this company is based on developing creative design partnerships both within their studios and also with their clients and collaborators. Their portfolio spanning public and private sectors exhibit an understanding of the people whose lives will be impacted for good

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Be collaborative and engaging to facilitate and support User Group Engagement
- Be proactive in managing the consultant team to promote holistic and coordinated design and documentation
- Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, and visualisation to influence project outcomes and maintain high standards of project delivery
- Write and contribute to reports and specification documents and prepare detailed drawing documentation
- Follow instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features and possible solutions and work without immediate supervision
- Be thorough, meticulous and have a strong attention to detail
- Perform other duties as needed and to support the team
- Mentor junior team members in clinical planning and health delivery process

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years' experience, with relevant health planning experience within the Health Sector, including running or supporting user groups Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
- Proficient in use of dROFUS (training can be provided)
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
