Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about building relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and supporting them to hire people with disabilities.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting local employers with our services, identifying suitable vacancies, and supporting businesses in successfully employing people with disabilities.
You will be responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market, emerging industries, and ongoing employment opportunities.
Proactive identification and development of new employer relationships, tailored recruitment solutions, and adapting processes or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs will also be part of your responsibilities.
Engagement of job-ready candidates, matching with employers through referrals, job carving, and reverse marketing will be crucial in achieving sustainable outcomes.
Close collaboration with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants will ensure post-placement support to participants and their employers.
Achievement of KPIs and applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach will be essential to your success in this role.
* Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or sales will be highly regarded.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPI's.
