Overview
Mingle is a health‐focused flavour company operating in Australian and NZ markets. We are seeking a process driven and energetic Supply Chain Professional to join the next phase of our operational growth. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and have the support to make the role your own.
Responsibilities
* Executing the full supply chain lifecycle via our Material Requirements Planning Process (MRP) for the E‐commerce channel – generate short- and long-term demand and supply plan, place orders with suppliers and manage production to completion to support required stock levels
* Focus on conversion of raw materials to finished goods with contract manufacturers
* Administrative maintenance of production from raw materials arriving at contract manufacturers to receival of goods to warehouse
* Production QA – Order to receival process adhered to with pre/post-production review
* E‐commerce 3PL management
* External stakeholder management and communication – engaging with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure both raw materials and finished goods arrive on time and in full
* Lead time management for offshore and local materials
* Reporting - develop and maintain functional reports to ensure key stakeholders have business critical information for decision making and execution
* System maintenance - manage inventory management system (Dear) including Item Masters, BOMs, and other planning parameters to ensure system integrity
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of related experience in supply chain, finance or administration, preferably working with consumer products or a manufacturing company
* Experience with inventory management systems
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and grow in the role
* Experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution
* Ability to work with high degree of accuracy
* Ability to prioritise, handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Intermediate to advanced excel skills preferred
