THE ROLE
Our customer is at the center of everything we do. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable shopping experience and fostering a positive connection to our brand. You will be energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, offering personalized assistance to our shoppers.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acting as a brand ambassador, demonstrating positivity and professionalism
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Providing personalized 1:1 customer service
Assisting customers with queries and processing sales
Collaborating with management and team members to meet KPIs and targets
Supporting store tasks such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
Escalating customer complaints to management
Completing mandatory training related to products, policies, and procedures
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in customer service within retail, hospitality, or similar industries
Ability to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond for customers
Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and learning new skills
Strong communication skills and engagement with customers and team members
Ability to multitask effectively
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
