At Miami Bakehouse, we are passionate about handcrafted, high-quality baked goods and pride ourselves on WA's most awarded bakery. We are seeking an experienced and cutting-edge Head Pastrycook to lead our Cake and Bread production teams, ensuring exceptional product quality, consistency, and efficiency in our central baking facility located in Mandurah. 
As Head Pastrycook, you'll be responsible for the daily operation of our Cake and Bread departments. This leadership role includes production planning, quality control, labour and waste management, and driving efficiency. You'll oversee shift coordination, training, and development to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities 
Oversee daily operations of the Cake and Bread departments in the central bakery facility in Mandurah. 
Lead production planning, quality control, labour and waste management. 
Coordinate shifts and provide training and development to build a high-performing team. 
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in production processes. 
Qualifications 
Trade-qualified Pastrycook or Baker 
Strong leadership and supervisory experience 
A hands-on approach with the ability to develop a high performing team 
Proven ability to manage production targets while maintaining quality 
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude 
Flexibility to work across a variable 7-day roster
