Job Description Qualifications:EEC Certification requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldMeet all state preschool lead teacher requirementsFlexible and willing to work during business hoursChild Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood or related fieldPrevious experience as a preschool lead teacher is requiredClassroom management skills are preferredResponsibilities:Support the philosophy of Cadence Education and foster a positive learning environmentDocument and communicate children's milestones to parentsCollaborate with colleagues to implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculaObserve and respect children's interests, ensuring safety and enriching their playModel and encourage appropriate social behaviorsPlan daily schedules balancing various activities and indoor/outdoor playCadence Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
