At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission has always been to reinvent fast-food. We’re Australia’s only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. We’re incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.
The Cook & Kitchen Hand are at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, solving problems and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests. Experience is helpful, but it’s not essential.
Responsibilities
Prepare fresh and delicious food; problem solve; weigh and portion ingredients; contribute to high-standard product quality for guests.
Qualifications
- Kitchen experience is outstanding but not essential
- Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
- “Can do” attitude and can be relied upon
