CPAP Therapy Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CPAP Therapy Consultant.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and managing sleep apnea treatments.
As a CPAP Therapy Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
* Providing guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
* Offering follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
* Educating patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals and service providers
* Promoting and upselling our product range and services
* Maintaining and sterilizing clinic equipment
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment
* Exceptional communication skills
* Independent clinic management capability
* Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
* Proficiency with Google Suite applications
* Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
