**What You'll Do**:
1. Provide full consulting support, promote the effective recruitment operation, salary, performance appraisal and staff training. Provide sufficient human resources support and talent guarantee;
2. Formulating, signing and managing contracts and social welfare to ensure that employees (local and foreign) comply with local laws and regulations;
3. Analyze the current personnel situation to help business leaders to make timely and accurate decisions;
4. Understand the business situation of each department, provide guidance for the performance appraisal of each department, and supervise the appraisal process;
5. Assist the business department in building a sustainable talent structure and assist the HQ in training.
**What You'll Need**:
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. More than 5 years of experience in HRM or HRBP;
3. Strong business English proficiency;
4. Work in a high pressure environment;
5. Outgoing personality and high-quality communication.
