The Role
As a Consultant / Senior Specialist in Orthopaedics, you will :
- Deliver specialist clinical care across elective and trauma orthopaedic services
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to registrars and junior doctors
- Contribute to teaching, research, and service development within a supportive setting
- Participate in the on‑call roster and multidisciplinary case reviews

- ~2,300 surgical procedures per year (approx. 65% emergency)
- 80+ weekly fracture clinic attendances
- 50+ new outpatient presentations weekly
- Collaborative environment with strong registrar and junior doctor support

About You
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS Orthopaedics) or recognised overseas equivalent
- Eligible for AHPRA Specialist Registration
