* Analyse client financials to understand their lending needs and develop tailored loan scenarios.
* Prepare submission notes and oversee the administrative side of loan applications.
* Draft reports and recommendations for clients, supporting presentations and managing ongoing communications.
* Maintain data integrity in internal systems and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient operations.
* Assist with client engagement initiatives, schedule reviews, and prepare supporting reports.
* Support training activities and maintain accurate records of client information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2–3 years' experience in finance or lending with strong analytical skills.
* Experience as Broker Support, Loan Processor, or Financial Administrator is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mortgage broking software (e.g., Broker Engine, Quickli, Xplan).
* Familiarity with compliance and financial regulations.
