Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist working across CHG's metropolitan clinics. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients presenting with musculoskeletal and workplace-related injuries while providing client-centred, goal-driven rehabilitation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating accurate diagnoses
* Designing and implementing individualised rehabilitation and exercise-based programs
* Providing education around injury prevention, recovery expectations, and safe work practices
* Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes
* Maintaining clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Both new graduates and experienced Physiotherapists—including those with an industrial or occupational rehabilitation background—are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
* Experience designing personalised rehabilitation plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of workplace injury management, health promotion, and prevention principles
* Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and reporting requirements
* Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Experience in occupational health, RTW, or similar environments is advantageous but not essential
