Administration Assistant- Plastering Company
Plastercom is a busy plastering company based in both Victoria and Sunshine Coast looking for an organized and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparations, processing and management of contracts.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained.
- Handle general day-to-day administration duties, including correspondence and filing.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry – job tracking.
- Manage accounts, including supplier account management, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to management and the wider team as required (you will work alongside our managers, estimator and payroll clerk).
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or trades industry experience highly regarded).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Google Software (Gmail, Sheets & Xero preferred).
- Excellent communication skills within a growing company.
