We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Airports and Parcel segment development team in the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer values early in the sales process and translating this into a winning technical solution that balances technology and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define sales tactics with the sales manager and act accordingly.
* Resolve commercial and tactical issues directly with the Sales Manager.
* Organize all sales engineering deliverables throughout all sales phases, from pre-bid to handover to the execution team.
* Involve technical experts to develop optimal conceptual designs.
* Take and initiate actions aligned with the sales strategy.
* Manage multiple projects across various sales phases simultaneously.
* Lead an internal sales support team (procurement, planning, concept design, controls).
* Listen to and analyze customer requirements effectively.
* Ensure all procedural steps are completed on time according to sales process checklists.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or similar.
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
