About the role
You will design data-driven research programs, conduct in-depth interviews, workshops and other human-centered design processes as well as conduct thematic analysis. You will work closely with teams to develop and present reports to disseminate research findings to stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of research projects by designing research programs utilising innovative data gathering techniques
Preparing reports including key insights and recommendations for clients.
Facilitating focus groups, workshops, semi-structured interviews and other techniques
Preparing discussion guides
Conducting qualitative analyses
* Contribute to thought leadership by generating and presenting insight relevant to our work and clients.
Partnering with the Client Services team to present findings and recommendations to clients
Creating and maintaining research processes and documentation, which comply with ISO standards.
Proactively manage recruitment by screening participants, overseeing correspondence, managing consent forms and incentive programs.
Contribute to business development activities as required.
Build strong relationships with internal teams to support excellent client outcomes.
Consistently champion and showcase innovative research approaches and methodologies.
Requirements:
* Degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience
Experience in qualitative research, stakeholder engagement and/or human-centered research and design processes
Attention to detail, organisation, ability to prioritise and great time management
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
Great oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
A personal interest in social impact and change.
