We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Disability Support Worker. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of people in our community.
Your Role
1. You will deliver person-centred services across various disability settings, performing personal care, domestic duties, assistance with meals and medication.
Providing respite support both at home and within centres,
Enabling social participation by engaging clients in activities that promote independence whenever possible
Promoting individuals physical intellectual emotional social cultural spiritual well-being
Certification Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent/relevant qualification is required.
