About This Role
We're looking for a Cook to join our beautiful team at Caringbah on a Full Time Permanent basis.
About The Role
* Preparing morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea in line with the OAC Nutrition Guide
* Adhering to all food allergies and dietary requirements
* Clearly labelling allergy variations on food service trolleys
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Managing food storage and inventory
About You
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Cookery/Hospitality
* A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Experience in an Early Childhood or Aged Care setting (preferred)
* A valid Working With Children Check
* Sound knowledge of allergy management processes
