**Position Overview**:
This role focuses on seeking an experienced and motivated Plant / Drill Rig Fitter to join our team. You will be responsible for safely and effectively carrying out planned & unplanned maintenance activities. This is a FIFO role from Perth, working on a 2:1 roster, with hourly and fortnightly pay.
The role involves:
- Preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs and breakdown support.
- Maintain fixed plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and site requirements.
- Inspecting the workplace for hazards, equipment failure and promoting safe work procedures.
- Complete daily inspections of equipment and report on its condition.
- Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available to effectively perform the required tasks.
- Conducting and maintaining good housekeeping of fixed plant and work areas.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to help improve plant performance.
**We are looking for**:
- Fitter trade qualifications
- Experience working with fixed plant
- Strong hydraulic experience with the ability to fault finding and diagnose
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
- Valid WA manual drivers' licence
- National police clearance within the last 6 months
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
