Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full-cycle ERP Finance Transformation Project, from planning to post-go-live support.
* Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with financial processes and compliance standards.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, project managers, and vendors to define requirements, manage budgets, and maintain project timelines.
* Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimise project execution.
* Identify process improvements and drive efficiency through ERP solutions.
* Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to maintain project success.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong leadership experience in ERP finance transformation projects, with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP exposure.
* Expertise in financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
* Hands-on experience applying Agile / Waterfall methodologies to ERP implementations.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills within complex environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CA, or MBA preferred.
* Australian Citizenship (required for Federal Government security clearance).
