We’re currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, support team performance, and help drive an exceptional standard of patient care across our growing organisation. The Role The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our practice, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is vital for maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Supervise and support staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting. Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimise patient services and improve overall patient satisfaction. Monitor and analyse practice performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive working environment. About You You’re an organised, proactive, and confident leader who enjoys supporting both people and operations within a busy healthcare environment.
