**Skills and Experiences**:
- You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide calm responses to a range of emotional behaviours
- You will need exceptional observation and written communication skills
- You will have a passion for working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- You will also need NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, current first aid and CPR, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
