About the Role
We're looking for a hands‐on Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join a head office team based in Geelong.
This is a highly digital-focused role (approx. 80%), sitting at the centre of CRM, eCommerce, and campaign execution across multiple global markets.
You'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly across digital channels, assets are executed on time, and onsite and CRM performance are continuously optimised to drive engagement and revenue.
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, eCommerce Manager, and wider creative, social and PR teams, you'll also collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions.
This position has been created following a recent team restructure, identifying the need for a strong digital executor to take ownership of CRM, onsite merchandising, and campaign rollout.
Key Responsibilities
CRM, EDM & Automation
* Build, test and deploy EDM campaigns and automated journeys
* Support segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
* Assist with SMS marketing and automation workflows
* Conduct A/B testing and ongoing CRM optimisation
* Report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
eCommerce & Website Management
* Manage and update website content across multiple international sites
* Execute onsite merchandising (product placement, banners, landing pages)
* Upload and maintain product imagery, copy, and category structures
* Conduct regular QA checks to ensure site accuracy and consistency
* Support backend updates and platform management (training provided)
Campaign Coordination & Execution
* Coordinate campaign briefs and asset delivery across internal teams and agencies
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned across all digital channels
* Support rollout of seasonal and global campaigns
* Maintain and manage the digital marketing calendar
Digital Marketing Support
* Assist with paid social campaign setup and execution
* Work with performance teams on creative and asset requirements
* Support SEO and onsite optimisation initiatives
* Assist with reporting and performance insights
About You
* 1–2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing or eCommerce role
* Hands‐on experience with CRM/EDM platforms (or similar)
* Exposure to eCommerce website management preferred
* Strong attention to detail and highly organised
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge advantageous
* Exposure to paid media or digital campaigns a bonus
* Proactive, eager to learn, and keen to build a career in digital marketing and eCommerce
