We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor to join our team in Wollongong. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Surveying and experience in delivering cadastral solutions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on various projects across the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands, and Southwest Sydney regions.
* Responsibilities:
1. Deliver cadastral surveys in greenfield estates and urban areas
2. Liaise with clients to ensure high-quality service
3. Conduct office calculations and data reduction
4. Stay up-to-date with new concepts and technologies
5. Work collaboratively with technical staff
6. Capture, edit, and provide survey data to high standards
You must have:
* A completed degree in Surveying from an Australian University
* Be a Registered Land Surveyor with BOSSI NSW
* Minimum of 2-3 years local experience in surveying
* Previous experience in cadastral/boundary surveys
* A willingness to adopt technologies and improve efficiency
* Competent knowledge of AutoCAD/BricsCAD & Magnet Office
* Experience interpreting engineering plans and documents
* An understanding of the construction process and architectural drawings
* Competent knowledge of modern surveying equipment and techniques
* Ability to manage workload and liaise with the survey manager
* Excellent communication skills
* A good level of self-organisational skills
* A current driver's license and valid White Card
