About Our Client:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this roles primary objective of this position will be to ensure that all financial transactions for the business entities are processed and recorded correctly. This role will see you motivate, development and support of a team of payable officers and oversee the day to day operations of this critical business function. This will include through adaptation of a high level of customer service resolution of payment issues, monitor cash, KPI's and reporting as well as ad-hoc project driven tasks.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Experience in people leadership
Exposure to using ERP systems
Intermediate to Advanced Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationships.
Forward-thinking ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
Able to resolve problems and conflicts and a professional and tactful manner.
Exceptionally high level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility.
Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or related field desirable.
