APG Workforce is currently seeking a superstar Talent & Culture Coordinator based in Tamworth!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Postings & Talent Sourcing: Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms, attracting qualified candidates for current and future openings.
2. Candidate Evaluation & Interview Coordination: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, assist in candidate shortlisting, and support the onboarding process for new hires.
3. Employee Performance & Conduct Management: Assist in managing employee performance, handle disciplinary actions, and document warnings as needed.
4. Eligibility & Compliance Checks: Verify work eligibility and ensure compliance with visa and immigration requirements.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for both candidates and clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the employee database, track performance metrics, generate reports, and contribute to improving recruitment and employee management strategies.
7. Compliance & Eligibility: Conduct work rights checks and ensure compliance with relevant visa and immigration requirements. Maintain adherence to the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
* Experienced recruiter or HR professional
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Previous experience in recruitment or human resources
* Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
