Restaurant Leadership Opportunity
We are currently seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to assist the General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quick Service Restaurants or hospitality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, lead and motivate staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations
* Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies
* Lead by example and promote a positive work culture
Requirements:
* Experience in Quick Service Restaurants or hospitality industry
* Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver's license and competent computer skills
