**The Position**:
We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Leader to join our business as a **Operations Manager** based in **Brisbane** to work with us in our Senior Living sector.
This is a key role in our business, working in close partnership with our client to provide operational leadership on a national level. You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations.
You will be our "Brand Ambassador" at site representing core values and key messages for our business
**Key Duties**:
- Ensure seamless delivery of all SOP's on a national basis
- Be a "hands on" leader, ensuring the smooth functional flow of our venues
- Monthly financial & budgetary reporting identify opportunities to streamline business whilst
- Ensure effective development and utilisation of professional knowledge and skills are shared across the national team
- Lead, motivate and develop your team to be "the best they can be"
- Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations
- Actively develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover
- Continue to build, develop and enhance client relationship
- Strong commercial acumen is essential, ideally gained from working in one or several of the following sectors: retail, hospitality, travel, leisure, tourism or venues markets
- Proven financial and analytical skills in interpreting budgets and forecasting
- Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged and motivated teams
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Confident in presenting solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to client
- Hospitality or Business qualifications well regarded
- An element of interstate travel will be required
- Experience in Senior living (beneficial)
- Experience in leading a team and working with a range of clients (or similar stakeholders)
