Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our Sales and Marketing Team. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing orders, and delivering exceptional service.
* Deliver outstanding customer support and service.
* Manage incoming orders, product queries, and customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
* Conduct outbound calls to promote weekly and daily product specials.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to assist with account management and product promotions.
* Promptly resolve customer complaints and coordinate credits, returns, and exchanges.
* Contribute to sales reporting and data analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
* Support marketing activities and promotions for local businesses.
* Maintain effective relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless order and delivery processes.
