About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team in delivering essential services to older adults in the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home-based Physiotherapy services to clients with a variety of health conditions, working autonomously and managing their own caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high-quality, client-centered Physiotherapy services to older adults in their homes
* To work effectively with clients, their families, and carers to achieve optimal outcomes
* To maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
* To participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
Requirements
* A recognized tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
* Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA
* Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Have full Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance
