Overview of the position:
As a Project Director in Melbourne, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle from identifying and qualifying prospects to converting opportunities into signed projects. You'll know how to uncover client pain points, pitch Concept with confidence, and influence decisions through trust and credibility. You'll collaborate closely with our design and commercial teams to ensure each proposal is commercially strong, strategically positioned, and perfectly aligned with client goals.
