One of Australia\'s leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Infrastructure Specialists/Windows Engineers to join their highly technical team responsible for delivering a department wide Infrastructure uplift program. The role can be based Australia wide with the ability to work a few days a week from home. The successful Infrastructure Specialists/Windows Engineers will be offered a 12-month contract partnered with 2 x 12 month extension options.
The successful Infrastructure Specialists/Windows Engineers will be responsible for the below:
- Provide broad technical support for project build, test, and solution deployment activities
- Maintain and support enterprise Microsoft environment end to end
- Implement and maintain security best practices for both Azure and M365.
- Implementing ASD ISM/Essential 8 mitigation strategies to enterprise environments
The successful Infrastructure Specialists/Windows Engineers will have experience in the following:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge and a broad range of technical skills across MS Products including Active directory SCCM, Intune, M365
- Proven experience in automation windows applications and managing application packaging projects
- Knowledge or hands on experience working with and implementing ISM and/or Essential 8
- Experience Working with Cloud Systems such as AWS or Azure
