Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff
* Log, categorise, and resolve incidents and requests
* Troubleshoot desktops, software, phones, and networks
* Deliver face-to-face and remote support across sites
* Liaise with external suppliers to resolve issues
* Maintain ICT asset registry and knowledge base
* Support IT security and promote best practices
* Participate in after-hours on-call roster

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service. You'll ideally bring:
* Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience in a Service Desk environment
* Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills
* Hands-on with Microsoft OS and software
* Ability to work independently and show initiative
* Excellent communication and customer focus
* Solid knowledge of ICT security best practice
* National Police Clearance (under 3 months) & Driver's Licence
