Your Role
At Dulux Acratex we are passionate about delivering high-performance solutions and empowering our people. As an Acratex Training and Technical Specialist you'll play a key role in growing product and technical knowledge across our teams and customers, driving commercial outcomes and supporting our state strategy.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging competency-based technical training to internal teams and external customers (50% formal 50% informal).
* Provide on-site technical support and advice to ensure correct and consistent product solutions.
* Champion learning and development to build confidence and capability in render systems textures topcoats cladding and specialty finishes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to build and manage a 12‑month training plan.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Skills & Experience
* Training experience within the building/construction industry or a strong industry background with a focus on facades, looking to move into a Training role either in Sales, Customer Service or running your own business.
* Familiarity with the Acratex product portfolio highly regarded.
* Experience facilitating group and individual learning (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded).
* Strong communication, relationship‑building, administrative and time‑management skills.
* Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
