$25 - $34 per hour + super + KM allowanceAs a Support Worker, you'll support customers with personal care, social support, and domestic assistance.This flexible, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, can work independently, and is available for shifts Monday to Friday 7am - 8pm, with Wednesdays & Fridays being essential.Due to personal care needs and privacy preferences, this position requires a female support worker to ensure the highest level of comfort and privacy.What You'll Do:Assist with domestic tasks: vacuuming, mopping, laundry, dishes, light cleaningProvide personal care support with dignity and sensitivityHelp with basic meal prep and ensuring a safe, comfortable home environmentSupport customers in their homes, bringing consistency and compassion where it's most neededWhat You Need:A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (important for the role)A NDIS Worker Screening check (or be ready to get one)Ability to lift up to 15kg and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, standing)Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community ServicesStart by supporting customers with domestic, social, and personal care needs.
