About the Role
We are looking for Support Workers to support our client in Shepparton. This is a casual role with consistent shifts available across the week, and the opportunity for increased community-based hours over time.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
* Supporting clients in their homes and out in the community
* Supporting with daily living, personal care and light domestic assistance
* Encouraging independence and choice
* Collaborate with a team of five support workers and the ability to work autonomously
* Accurately complete documentation and progress notes
Shift Availability
Monday to Sunday
* 8:00am - 10:00am
* 10:00am - 12:00pm
* 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Flexible availability across multiple shifts is highly desirable
What You’ll Need
* Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Experience supporting people with physical or neurological conditions
