About the opportunity
This position is based in our Kalgoorlie branch. As our Service Manager, you'll play a crucial role in providing leadership to ensure customer and team satisfaction within the Kalgoorlie branch.
Success in this role means ensuring the profitability and efficiency of the branch.
You'll make an impact by:
Developing, communicating and executing plans and objectives at a Service level
Assisting with the formulation and implementation of a strategic business plan for the branch
Achievement of budget, profitability and growth
Managing the workshop team
Developing new business and customers within WA
Developing long-term relationships with clients
Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and industry functions
Maintaining and growing our current customer base in the region
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Previous service/hire industry experience
A background in mining or manufacturing
A high degree of mechanical aptitude
Current Australian working rights
A proactive commitment to safety protocols
