Overview:
As the leading global retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel, we are looking for an individual who provides administrative and organizational support to the Customer Experience and Sales Team responsible for the successful management of Foot Locker (Asia Pacific) Stores, including Customer Experience, Sales Performance, Store Operations, Communications, Store Events & Event Management.
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative and organisational support to the CX & Sales Team in areas including (but not limited to) Travel, Calendar Scheduling, Contact Lists, Meeting and Event Preparations, Presentations, Miscellaneous Reports, and Store Incentives - within agreed time frames.
2. Store Support / Communications:
Manage all APAC store communications platforms including (but not limited to) Email, CX Sharepoint Sites, Think Time – The Zone within agreed time frames.
Work cross-departmentally to ensure concise, consistent, relevant information is disseminated from HQ to the field and store teams.
Create engaging store communications utilizing Think Time, MS Office, Canva, and SharePoint.
Collaborate with others in the development of initiatives including store directives and training materials.
3. Event / Project Management:
Assist the Senior Manager – Field Strat, Eng & Comm. in coordinating the logistical management of major APAC events (including Kick Off, DM Meetings, MT Meetings, Holiday Incentives, Team Week etc.) and undertake additional projects as directed by the Senior Manager.
4. Business Partnership:
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal clients including the product, marketing, HR teams, and finance teams in both the Singapore and Brisbane offices.
5. Organisational Compliance:
Maintain the organisation’s core values (integrity, leadership, excellence, service, teamwork, innovation & community) at work and when representing APAC at external functions and events.
Adhere to all Foot Locker policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Communications
2. Efficient administration skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Marketing / Sales Skills
5. Intermediate proficiency in relevant computer technology – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
6. Intermediate proficiency in designing and compiling documents / pamphlets
7. Passion for youth culture
8. Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the general retail industry
9. Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards, and best practice operations for the retail sector (preferably in the Asia Pacific region)
10. Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the Foot Locker organisation
11. Ability to work as part of a greater team and coordinate activities with other departments
12. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and show initiative
13. Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
14. Demonstrated ability to adapt easily to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in juggling priorities
