**Job Overview:** Asset Coordinator is responsible to maintain an accurate resource allocation plan for upcoming Product and Service Delivery (PSD) and Technology Lifecycle Maintenance (TLM) activity in the immediate to short term (0 to 3 months) to meet approved plans/forecasts.

Provides Materials & Supplies (M&S)/Assets/Products to locations and wellsite as per requests in a timely and efficient manner and acts as a link between field operations management and planning & supply chain organization. Acts as a process lead in the geographical area for respective key Procurement & Supply Chain process and ensures full implementation, adoption, and effectiveness of processes to support business and drive associated metrics.

Builds partnerships with delivery teams in Central Teams, Distribution hubs to secure timely delivery of resources and services, monitor end-to-end visibility, and improve service levels.

Roles combine responsibilities associated with Assets, M&S, Products roles covering Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea activities.

**Responsibilities:**

* Consolidate and enter short-term demand forecast in relevant business systems for all resource types.
* Monitor overall fulfillment plan, service delivery, and supply cost KPIs for assigned Business Line(s).
* Track job and maintenance activity in relevant business systems to understand material requirements for all time horizons.
* Monitor delivery of open orders and expedite/de-expedite as needed. Communicate and set BL expectation of escalated orders on delivery status and lead times.
* Review with PSD and TLM to finalize gross demand for short-term planning horizon as part of ROFO.
* Actively monitor M&S spending versus approved budget and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
* Liaise with Asset coordinators, Equipment Readiness Leads, and TLM Maintenance Supervisors for meeting asset readiness requirements in a timely manner.
* Perform local netting within the country for all Product and M&S categories and balance within shared zones.
* Perform surplus inventory management by looking into FMT opportunity, plan for junk and monitoring obsolesce & aging.
* Initiate urgent orders for unplanned jobs and activities requested by PSD or TLM teams.
* Monitor and approve/reject all field material transfer requests in a timely fashion.
* Monitor indicators and propose improvement initiatives.
* Provide point of escalation to Business Line (late GL approvals, cancelled POs), and contribute to resolution.
* Participate in BL job planning or project readiness assessments (PRAs) to understand plans, communicate priorities to supply functions, & ensure that orders for products & services are captured by respective parties.
* Monitor consistency of required delivery dates (RDD) of critical POs to ensure on-time delivery.
* Keep regular communication with Logistics teams regarding transportation of materials.
* Liaise with parties involved to secure appropriate solution for projected late deliveries.

**Requirements:**

Must reside in Perth, WA

Must have full right to live and work in Australia including work offshore

No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company's requirement

Extensive knowledge on Oil and Gas, and Mining Industry, with specific understanding on macro indicators and service execution workflows

Comprehensive knowledge on Reservoir Performance Services such as Wireline, Downhole and Surface Testing, Coil Tubing Intervention and Stimulation

Completed TCP training

Able to perform Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Supply Availability, Short-term Activity Plan, Workforce utilization, level loading and crew size

Experience in financial risk management and capital prudence is important, as the role will have significant financial responsibility and authority

Proficiency in Schlumberger planning, procurement, and inventory management business systems

Knowledge and experience with track jobs systems / internal business systems
